Last year my messenger bags were snapped up so I've made a few more this month. They feature bold colours with lots of external pockets, spacious interiors and adjustable straps. Just a small update this month to finish the year. Four new handbag hooks have been added to the shop with matching pouches. After a sell out of coin purses, it was time to restock this month. With eight fresh new patterns hitting the store, there's one to suit everyone. At the Etsy Community Market last month there was a stand out silhouette. Messenger bags were a hit with their simple shape and multiple pockets. So this month I decided to add more to the shop in bright coloured prints and a smaller bag. As usual, the bags are made up of lots of different pieces and hardware. Once it was all sewn together, the bags feature a large front slip pocket, a magnetic snap closing the flap and an adjustable strap. Inside you'll find extra pouch pockets plus a zippered pocket. And Riley was there keeping an eye on my progress along the way - from the cutting to the sewing. Shop the new bags now  

A few months ago I worked with a customer to create the perfect wallet for travel. It was made with seven card slots and pockets to hold a phone, money, passport and a boarding pass. News spread of the new design and I was kept quite busy with custom orders. Now you can purchase your own wallet with three different prints added to the store this month. Fill it up and off you go! This month I've created three new tote bags that come with a little something extra - a matching handbag hook! Available in three gorgeous prints, the bags feature a detachable hook that blends in like a matching bag charm when not in use. Inside the bags you'll find interior pockets including a zippered one and two pouch pockets, great for your phone and keys. Two straps makes this a comfortable fit on the shoulder and a secure zip closure finishes it off. New cross body bags have hit the store this month! The bags feature a flap pocket on both the front and the back with a zip closure to the main compartment. With an adjustable strap they can be worn across the body or on the shoulder. I received plenty of help this month too (well if sitting there staring is helping...). Once I have a design ready it's time to look through my pattern folder for the pieces I'll need. Then it's time to find fabrics to use. And next up is cutting! I even got some help writing this... Now I'm off to design some tote bags for next month... wonder if I'll get any help?  In the meantime check out my new bags here
